Regiment consolidated to a Battalion of four Companies, and provost duty at Norfolk, Drummondsville and Portsmouth until December. Mustered out December 1, 1865.

Regiment lost during service 2 Officers and 22 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 3 Officers and 278 Enlisted men by disease. Total 305.
